Alcohol in chocolate


Since 1950s Pfister Chocolatier has initiated pouring various alcohol fillings in chocolate bottles offering rather alcohol in chocolate than chocolate with alcohol!

Such assorted chocolates got a special name-cocktails.

Local chocolatiers showed the world a patriotism by using Swiss Kirsch (of cherries) and Williams (of pears).

Today Pfister is a leader in producing premium class chocolate with alcohol.

Pfister Chocolatier also specializes  in the production of chocolate figures, like the bunnies for Easter and the chocolate Christmas tree decoration.
