Quite unique approach in client service was taken by the founders of “History” restaurant in St Petersburg. When opening the menu customer sees in large letters: “We can prepare any dish you desire from our ingredients” !
You can also compile your own salad from about ten ingredients or construct a cheese plate to go with wine (a fine selection of Italian cheese is available for you). As far as the “standard’ menu concerned chef Dmitry Lygalov places the main accent on the cuisine of the Apennine Peninsula. It includes warm seafood salad, minestrone soup, tuna steak with asparagus and mange-tout… You can even choose a number of seafood items from the aquarium in the middle of the restaurant !
