Bellagio restaurant was named after a small beautiful town on lake Como in Italy. The town’s luxury villas inspired the restaurant’s design: palazzo interiors, two rotunda-shaped rooms with working fireplaces and a glass wall overlooking an adjacent patio with trees and garden sculptures. They created a home with a warm heart, a home welcoming warmly all guests with friends and friends of their friends. The menu lists Italian classics though Chef Lorenzo Strappato is hardly a conservative type. He loves experimenting with different product combinations and invent new sauces. His signature offering black cod with sauce aqua pazza cooked by Granny Anita’s recipe is stuffed with paste of broccoli and almond. He serves scallops with a sauce of mango and passion fruit :).
