GI comment: “Fashion of the 1980s” is the unique collection of Alexandr Vasilyev.
You will enjoy feeling the spirit of the most ironic age in the fashion industry, expressed in the works by Terry Mugler, Issey Miyake and Jean Paul Gaultier fashion houses. In addition, the exhibition will present music, films and conceptual video of the 80’s, allowing to be wrapped up in the atmosphere of this wonderful decade.
Alexandr Vasilyev is the world-famous historian of fashion, theater artist and collector, whose collection of historical costumes, accessories and photography is one of the largest in the world. With great success his collection was exhibited around the world in France, Chile, Great Britain, Australia and Belgium.
