Micro Trends by Kirill Safonov/Tallinn Fashion Week

On Saturday 27th we have enjoyed a show of a Russian designer from Talinn…A very very talented young man! We believe in young talents, we love fresh blood in fashion with their fresh ideas and mind! Kirill…go on!

Show took place in F-hoone, Telliskivi 60a, the territory of ex-Kalinin factory which looked nostalgic and so modern at the same time…

The place where Soviet past and last fashion tendencies met…Extraordinary feeling, we are into great combinations who has nothing in common at the first glance…but it gives a feeling that life doesn’t stop…Fashion gave new breathing to the old building with the drain pipes on the ceiling and ragged walls…

We really loved the horse theme as an inspiration, those masks, leather details and the zippers…

My impression is that such outfits are meant for a young, confident woman, who knows what she wants and who gets what she wants. She is able to think for herself. Rise after the fall. She carries herself with an attitude and holds her head up whatever happens. Gosh, we love Her!

The collection is full of contrasting colors (red, moss green, beige) and contrasting textures (leather, silk and lace)-just like a woman is full of different sides and contradictions! Minimalist cut-our favorite as you know…No excess.

In general, we can say that the collection represents sexy minimalist…

Thank you, Kirill for a wonderful show and putting us in a guest list…Looking forward for the invitation to your next show!!!
