Lately, in my Spa posts I mention rosemary, a herb widely used in cosmetology. Here I want to give you more information about it:
Rosemary is an aromatic evergreen shrub that has leaves similar to hemlock needles.
Scientific Name: Rosmarinus officinalis
Habitat: Mediterranean
Usage: culinary, fragrance, medicine.
Rosemary essential oil has invigorating, refreshing and stimulating properties.
I add rosemary oil in my shampoo ( historically, rosemary has been used to stimulate hair growth) and use a toner, containing rosemary for my legs as it improves circulation.
