“Dust” proves that Russian movie industry has a future.
Amateur photography, shaky camera, unnecessarily close-ups, instead of decorations – shooting on location, instead of actors – amateurs, instead of music – a set of strange sounds at different tuneless.
Everything is so wrong that result looks incredibly harmonious. It is a dusty story – you won’t see any beautiful in the conventional sense scenes, there is no any nice looking character, who could arouse a sympathy or some kind of interest.
The film “Dust“ sobering up and makes us rethink many things. Of course, it is very difficult to admit that this movie is more or less about each of us.
There is something to see and think about…Great movie!
