In the summer time café Gallery which is on the ground floor of St.Petersburg’s hotel Angleterre turns from Russian menu to Spanish tapas, Mexican nachos and Italian lasagna.
But caviar still remains the main delicacy… and for dessert on the menu is panacotta in a shell of bitter chocolate.
