What? Authorparty. Personal exhibition of the “Environment of Contemporary Architecture” architectural conceptual competition

GI comment: Exhibition demonstrating the creative activity of the new generation held in frame of the 16th International Exhibition of Architecture and Design ARCH-Moscow – NEXT.
Competition participants’ task was to form the global environment of contemporary architecture in Russia, the essential condition was to use 100 % of the lot – the whole territory of Russia.
As an award the winners became the participants of the collective personal exhibition, illustrating their creative credo.
Exhibition participants will create the installations or present their projects, which will bring out the contemporary approaches in architecture and design. The free format of the exposition will allow the best visualization of the participants’ creative credo
What? AUSTRIA DAVAJ! Creative Forces of Austria
When? 21 May – 28 August 2011
GI comment: The exhibition “Austria Davaj! Creative Forces of Austria,” a cooperative effort between the MAK, the Schusev State Museum of Architecture Moscow, and the Austrian Cultural Forum in Moscow, will open in Moscow on Friday, 20 May 2011. This exhibition brings together seventeen different contributions by artists who have helped define their respective fields while at the same time defying all traditional categorizations.
